What you will learn

1. Getting started with the basics

Generating online leads through LinkedIn

During the first session we will focus on the basics and getting you prepared for your outreach. You will learn how to:
  • Produce a killer LinkedIn/XING profile: from a simple CV to a valuable sales tool. 
  • Set up online leads and key account lists through Sales Navigator; learn how to find your target audience on LinkedIn
  • Compile concise and compelling connection request messaging in less than 300 characters
  • How to keep track of your progress through your CRM or a simple excel sheet

After the first session we will give you a couple of assignments, along with access to our online Leads2Business binder, allowing you to get started right away. The online binder includes:
  • Various templates for your profile, messaging & lead tracking
  • How-to videos to get yourself acqainted with the various aspects of the Leads2Business method and the LinkedIn platform
  • All the training materials (slides, examples, templates, etc.)

2. Generating leads & setting appointments

Engaging with your leads through follow-up messages

After the first session you will have a top notch LinkedIn profile, a clear concise overview of your leads as well as connection request message you can use to engage with your leads. But now you need to take the next step... How do you really engage with your leads?

In the second session we will:
  • Review your assignments from the 1st sessions and teach you how to follow-up on your leads; how do you analyze a profile? How do you decide what information to use in your follow-up messages? How do you convert a conversation to an actual meeting?
  • Teach you how to use simple marketing automation tools (Really, anyone can do it!) to automize part of the process. Together, we will analyze your leads’ profiles and see what we can use as tools for our follow-up.

Just as with the first training session, we will give you a couple of assignments to help you on your way.

3. Review and Q&A

Getting down to detail

During the third session we will take the time to review and analyse your outreach so far. Where can we improve? What does the data say about the outreach? In addition you can ask any questions you have or request a refresher on certain parts of the course. The final session is really meant to get you ‘up and running’ on your own two feet.
